Our Mission at GSP is to assist you in your life OUTSIDE the gym so your weekends are yours to get out there and use all the hard work you've put in during the week.  Active recovery days, endurance sports, yard work, home projects, competition, family time – LIFE!  We look forward to planning community events as our membership grows!

Platform Ready Classes

Beginner:  You've had your initial posture and movement assessment – let's get started. We'll begin with the basics of the lifting and build strength from there. Small group classes create a fun, safe, supportive environment to get strong

General:  For those familiar with the rudimentary lifting movements and cues. Personalized programming based on your initial assessment has you moving purposely towards you goals. Class size remains small to optimize coaching time.

More Platform Ready Classes

Masters (60+ years old):  All levels. Building strength is especially important for our Master's members.  Your strength gains allow for – longevity, independence, and improved quality of life. Build strength, improve balance and flexibility safely under the watchful eye of your coach.

​

Open Gym:  No coaching during this time and RSVP will be required. Scheduled classes take priority over equipment use. This time is for conditioning, mobility, or skill work.

Personal Training:  Hourly coaching available. Contact us for more information.
